Ever since I can remember I have had a curiosity into fitness and sports. It is no doubt my passion, and my goal is to help inspire others through fitness to live with passion, spirit, and thoughtful intention.
Over the years I have become a practitioner in many forms of fitness, and found what works best, is a blend of strength work, with gymnastics protocols, and WODs or daily challenges that allow you to perform with others to test and restest yourself.
My goal is to continually work to educate and learn new areas of fitness to help keep things most effective, efficient, and fun.

When I was starting my online program I just got back from Medellin, Colombia (me encanta!!). While visiting Comuna 13 I purchased some artist prints, one being this image of a tiger. I loved the colors, and the energy it had. There was just something about it that made me smile. I called it Happy Tiger. And that's what I want this programming to bring. Energy. Positivity. Power. Movement. Life. I hope it makes you smile the same way it did for me.
